파주시청소년재단은 전 직원이 참여한 가운데 ‘인권윤리경영 선포식’을 개최했다.
이 날 선포식은 손배찬 대표이사를 비롯한 임직원 및 협력기관 대표자가 함께했으며, 기관 내 인권침해를 예방하고 상호 존중 문화 정착을 골자로 하는 인권윤리경영 선언문을 낭독, 선포하는 방식으로 진행됐다.

청소년재단 직원들은 성별, 연령, 인종, 장애 등 다름을 이유로 차별을 하지 않고, 반부패 청렴 활동을 적극적으로 이행하는 등 재단의 모든 경영활동에서 인권 및 윤리적 규범을 준수하겠다고 다짐했다.
재단은 향후 인권 및 윤리 관련 교육 이수, 유관기관 연계 캠페인 및 사업 등을 추진해나갈 계획이다.
