【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스 대학일자리플러스센터(센터장 김인홍)는 2023년 연차성과평가에서 최고등급인 ‘우수’ 평가를 받았다고 18일 밝혔다.

대학일자리플러스센터사업은 대학 내 진로지도 및 취·창업 지원 기능의 공간적 일원화, 기능적 연계 등 원스톱 고용서비스 전달체계 구축 지원으로 대학의 취·창업 지원역량 강화 및 청년의 원활한 노동시장 이행 지원을 목적으로 하는 고용노동부의 주관사업으로 동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스 대학일자리플러스센터사업은 경상북도와 경주시가 고용노동부와 함께 대학을 지원하고 있다.
동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스는 2016년부터 대학(창조)일자리센터사업을 6년동안 우수하게 수행하였고 이어서, 2022년부터는 대학일자리플러스센터(거점형)사업에 선정되어 재학생, 졸업생뿐 아니라 지역청년들에게 진로설정과 취업을 위하여 다방면으로 지원해왔다.
특히, 2023년에는 경주지역 청년고용지원 유관기관 워크숍, 특성화고 연합 WISE면접역량강화캠프, 지역산업 특성을 반영한 거점형특화프로그램, 학생경력관리시스템 지역청년 개방, 스마트팩토리인재양성과정(스마트 안전보건, 스마트 모빌리티, 스마트 산업관리)을 시행하여 거점형대학으로서 지역발전에 이바지 했다.
아울러 진로?취업프로그램 환류체계를 가지고 만족도조사, 수요조사(재학생, 학과, 행정부서, 기업체), 자체평가결과를 바탕으로 진로 및 취업지원 프로그램을 개편하였으며 진로?취업 상담DAY로 야간상담을 실시하는 등 수요자의 편의성과 만족도 증대에 최선을 다했다.
동국대 WISE캠퍼스 김인홍 대학일자리플러스센터장은 ““2024년도에는 지역거버넌스를 통해 지역의 유관기관과 협력을 강화하여 2023년도의 성과를 지역으로 더 확대할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”라고 말했다.
