고양특례시는 지난 22일 ‘2023년도 성과평가 우수팀 시상식’을 고양시청 대회의실에서 개최했다고 밝혔다.
시는 체계적인 자체성과평가를 통한 정책 품질 향상과 시민만족도를 높이기 위해 매년 전체 부서(팀)의 성과평가를 진행하고 있다.
세부평가 항목으로는 각 팀의 성과지표 업무평가, 부서별 청렴실천평가, 고객만족도 등 6개 기본 항목과, 국·도비 공모사업 선정 실적, 기관표창 수상 실적, 격무업무 선정 실적 등 9개 가점항목이 있으며, 이를 합산하여 종합적으로 평가한다.

1그룹인 본청의 최우수팀으로는 ▲고양시 체납액 최소화를 위해 총력을 펼치고 있는 징수과 체납기동팀 ▲체계적인 사회복지 서비스 제공을 위한 시민복지재단 설립을 추진 중인 복지정책과 복지정책팀 ▲북한산성이 세계유산 등재 예비 후보로 선정되는 쾌거를 거둔 문화예술과 문화유산정책팀 ▲국내 드론산업 선도 도시를 이끌고 있는 미래산업과 드론산업팀이 선정됐다.
그 외 그룹은 일산동구보건소 치매관리팀, 건강증진팀(2그룹), 일산서구 자치행정과 행정지원팀과 기획예산팀(3그룹), 덕양구 고양동(4그룹)이 선정됐다.
우수팀으로 선정된 50개 팀에게는 인사가점과 더불어 포상금, 국내·외 연수 기회가 부여된다.
