브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회가 온라인 마권발매 정식 운영에 대비해 불법경마 신고 활성화에 나선다.
한국마사회는 인센티브 상향 등 신고포상금 제도를 강화하고 추가 인센티브가 지급되는 ‘집중 신고기간’을 오는 8월 말까지 운영한다고 10일 밝혔다.
이달 1일 신고 건부터 적용되는 불법경마 신고포상금제도 주요 개선사항으로는 △불법경마 현장 신고포상금 최소지급액 기존 100만원 → 200만원으로 상향 △제보자 ‘단속기여도’ 인센티브, 단속액수 상관없이 전체로 확대 △불법경마 ‘집중신고기간’ 제보 건 단속 성공 시 추가 인센티브 20% 가산지급을 주요 골자로 하고 있다.
한국마사회는 개선된 제도를 바탕으로 오는 21일부터 8월 25일까지 약 10주간 불법경마 ‘집중신고기간’을 운영한다. 신고대상은 불법경마 운영자를 포함해 이용자 및 방조자, 한국마사회 경주의 배당률, 경주화면, 음성, 컴퓨터 프로그램 저작물 등을 복제 개작, 전송하는 행위 등이다.
