브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행은 고객 친화적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해 ‘KB스타기업뱅킹’의 금융상품관을 개편했다고 20일 밝혔다.
KB국민은행의 대표 기업 플랫폼인 ‘KB스타기업뱅킹’은 △사업 자금 관리 △직원 급여이체 △전자세금계산서 발행 △간편 세무 신고 등 사업 운영에 필요한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 기업 고객 전용 뱅킹 앱으로 사업 관련 매출·비용·자금 현황을 한 눈에 파악할 수 있다.
이번 개편으로 ‘KB스타기업뱅킹’은 고객 맞춤형 서비스를 확대했다. 고객마다 영업점 상담 내역, 상품 가입 진행사항을 모바일에서 조회할 수 있고 데이터를 기반한 맞춤 상품 및 서비스를 자동으로 추천하는 기능을 추가했다. 상품 가입이나 외환거래 시 사용 가능한 KB금융쿠폰을 도입해 고객 혜택도 확대했다.
‘금융상품관’ 화면을 고객 친화적으로 개편해 편의성을 강화했다. 한 화면에서 모든 금융상품을 비교할 수 있도록 직관적으로 바꾸고 대화형 가입 프로세스를 활용해 기업고객에게 편리한 금융 업무를 제공하게 됐다.
KB국민은행 관계자는 “새롭게 개편된 KB스타기업뱅킹을 고객들이 이용할 수 있도록 다양한 형식의 이벤트를 추진할 계획”이라며 “앞으로도 고객 편의 및 만족 제고를 위해 KB스타기업뱅킹 내 다양한 서비스를 지속 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
