인천문화예술회관에 따르면, 2013년 처음 기획된‘스테이지 온 스크린’은 최신 트렌드를 반영한 세계 유수의 공연 영상물을 상영하여 시민들의 뜨거운 호응을 받아온 인천문화예술회관의 브랜드 공연이다.
드넓은 야외광장에서 오페라, 발레, 뮤지컬 등을 선보이며, 고물가 시대에 부담스러운 관람료로 문화생활을 망설이던 시민들에게 무료 관람의 기회를 제공한다.
