이랜드리테일이 79개 협력사를 초청해 동반성장 협약식을 가졌다.
이랜드리테일은 8월 27일 서울 중구 웨스틴 조선 서울 그랜드볼룸에서 동반성장위원회, 협력사와 함께 ‘2024 동반성장 및 상생협력 협약식’을 개최했다고 8월 28일 밝혔다.
이날 협약식에는 윤성대 이랜드그룹 유통부문 총괄대표와 오영교 동반성장위원장, 이랜드리테일의 79개 협력사 대표를 비롯한 관계자 등 130여 명이 참석했다.
이랜드리테일에 따르면 이날 행사에서 올해 하반기 협력사와 동반성장 협력사항을 강화해 나갈 것을 선포하고 소개하는 시간을 가졌다. 또, 올해까지 함께 동반성장을 일궈 온 79개 주요 협력사에 감사한 마음을 전하기 위한 오찬 및 하모니시스트 공연 등 다양한 프로그램도 진행됐다.
특히, 이날 동반성장위원회와 이랜드리테일 양측은 기존 이랜드리테일 동반성장 프로그램에 더하여 대기업, 중소기업 간의 상생협력을 강화해 올해 더욱 건강하고 발전적인 유통 산업의 생태계를 구축하기 위한 ‘양극화 해소 자율협약서’를 체결했다.
양극화 해소 자율협약서는 대기업, 중소기업 간 양극화 문제를 해소하기 위하여 2018년부터 동반위가 추진해온 중점 사업 중 하나다.
이랜드리테일은 2018년 양극화 해소 자율협약 도입 당시 제1호 협약 체결 기업으로 동반성장 전담 조직을 구성하고 협력사와 상생을 위한 비전을 선포하며 협약에 동참했으며, 이번 협약으로 중소기업 협력사 지원을 더욱 강화한다.
이번 상생협약에 따라 이랜드리테일은 향후 3년간 투자·지원 프로그램을 통해 △중소기업 근로자 임금 및 복리후생 지원, △기술 경쟁력 강화를 위한 혁신 활동 통한 성과공유제 운영, △동반성장펀드 조성 등 세부적인 이행 사항을 수행하게 된다.
이랜드그룹 유통부문 윤성대 총괄대표는 “이랜드리테일과 함께 오랫동안 협력해오며, 성장한 협력사에 감사한 마음을 전할 수 있는 자리가 마련돼 영광이다”라며 “앞으로도 유통 산업에서 대·중소기업 간 상생경영을 이끄는 동반자 역할을 다할 것”이라고 전했다.

ElandRetail invited 79 partners to a shared growth agreement ceremony.
On August 27, the company announced on August 28 that it held the '2024 Shared Growth and Win-Win Cooperation Agreement Ceremony' with the Shared Growth Committee and partners at the Westin Chosun Seoul Grand Ballroom in Jung-gu, Seoul.
More than 130 people attended the ceremony, including Yoon Sung-dae, CEO of Eland Group's distribution division, Oh Young-kyo, chairman of the Shared Growth Committee, and representatives from Eland Retail's 79 suppliers.
According to Eland Retail, the event was held to announce and introduce the company's plans to strengthen shared growth cooperation with its partners in the second half of this year, and various programs such as a luncheon and a harmonist performance were held to express gratitude to the 79 major partners who have worked together for shared growth so far this year.
In particular, on this day, the Shared Growth Committee and Eland Retail signed the 'Voluntary Agreement to Eliminate Polarization' to strengthen win-win cooperation between large and small businesses in addition to the existing Eland Retail Shared Growth Program to build a healthier and more developed ecosystem in the retail industry this year.
The Voluntary Agreement to Eliminate Polarization is one of the key initiatives that the Partnership Council has been promoting since 2018 to eliminate the problem of polarization between large and small businesses.
When the Voluntary Agreement to Eliminate Polarization was introduced in 2018, Eland Retail was the first company to sign the agreement, forming a dedicated organization for shared growth and declaring its vision for mutual growth with suppliers, and with this agreement, it will further strengthen its support for SME suppliers.
Under the agreement, Eland Retail will carry out detailed implementation measures such as supporting wages and benefits for workers of SMEs through investment and support programs over the next three years, operating a performance sharing system through innovation activities to strengthen technological competitiveness, and creating a shared growth fund.
