(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 5일, 신중년 고용활력 제고를 위해 9개 일자리 유관기관과 힘을 모았고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 시는 지난 8월 21일부터 오는 9월 11일까지 50세 이상 신중년 구직자를 대상으로 일자리기관 합동 집중 취업주간을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, ‘50+신중년 잡페스타’는 부천시일자리창출위원회에서 처음 논의되어 부천고용복지플러스센터, 부천시일자리센터, 부천지역노사민정협의회 등 지역 내 9개 일자리유관기관이 공동 개최하는 행사로 부천시 최초의 기관 합동 신중년 일자리 축제라는데 의미가 크다.
부천고용복지플러스센터에서 진행하는 이번 행사는 매주 수요일 오후 2시 ‘일자리 수요데이’를 운영 중이다.
특히 4일 열린 버스운송종사자 채용설명회에는 관내 8개 버스운송업체가 인사담당자를 직접 파견해 구직자와 1대1 면접 및 채용상담을 진행했다.
이날 채용행사에 60명 넘는 신중년이 참여하여 성공적 인생 2막을 준비하고자 하는 구직열기가 뜨거웠다.
8월 중 행사 기간에만 현장 면접 80명, 부대행사 250명 등 480여 명의 많은 구직자가 참여하여 신중년 일자리에 대한 높은 관심을 반영했다.
또, 지난 4일 개최된 ‘일자리수요데이’에는 부천시 이재우 기획경제실장, 김주택 중부고용노동청 부천지청장이 행사장에 방문하여 참여 기업과 관계자를 격려하고, 부천시 일자리 사업의 협력 방안에 대해 논의했다.
이재우 부천시 기획경제실장은 “ 50+ 신중년 잡페스타는 취업기회가 제한적인 신중년의 재취업과 사회 참여를 지원하기 위해 올해 처음 마련했다”면서 일상과 생계의 핵심인 일자리의 중요성을 강조하며 “일하고자 하는 구직자의 의지가 결실을 맺을 수 있도록 다양한 타깃형 구직활동의 장 마련을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
오는 11일까지 진행되는 이번 행사는 평생학습 프로그램을 직접 체험해볼 수 있는 체험부스, 이력서와 면접 코칭을 받을 수 있는 코칭관 등 신중년 재취업 지원을 위한 다양한 프로그램 부스를 운영 중이다.
고령자 고용지원금, 경기도 적합직무 고용지원금 등 구인 기업이 필요로 하는 맞춤형 제도 안내도 지원한다.
이외에 이력서에 바로 활용할 수 있는 무료 이력서 사진 촬영, 건강한 노후를 설계할 수 있도록 노후준비, 마음건강 등을 주제로 집단상담, 특강 등 구직자를 위한 다양한 부대행사도 함께 진행 중이다.
