이랜드파크가 운영하는 켄싱턴호텔앤리조트가 추석 이벤트를 진행한다.
켄싱턴호텔앤리조트는 한가위 연휴를 맞이해 주요 호텔과 리조트에서 명절 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 ‘추석 이벤트’를 준비했다고 9월 12일 밝혔다.
추석 연휴 기간 동안 가족과 함께 색다른 경험을 즐길 수 있는 전통문화 체험과 다양한 액티비티가 포함된 것이 이번 이벤트의 특징이다.
켄싱턴호텔 평창은 청정자연 속에서 천체망원경으로 보름달을 관람할 수 있는 프로그램을 운영한다. 해당 프로그램은 호텔의 랜드마크인 프렌치 가든(6만 7000㎡/2만평)에서 진행되며, 추석 연휴 9월 14일부터 16일까지 3일간 운영된다. 투숙객이라면 누구나 자유롭게 이벤트를 이용할 수 있다.
켄싱턴리조트 설악비치는 추석 연휴 9월 15일부터 17일까지 3일간 리조트 앞 해송정원에서 오후 3시부터 30분 동안 가족 윷놀이 대항전, 민속놀이(딱지, 연, 부채) 만들기, 페이스 페인팅 등 다양한 이벤트를 진행한다. 특히 가족 윷놀이 대항전은 일 선착순 4팀 참여 가능하며, 리조트 내 레저전문가 ‘케니’의 중계와 함께 진행된다. 투숙객은 무료로 참여할 수 있다.
또한 9월 16일부터 18일까지 조식 뷔페에서 모듬전, 불고기, 송편, 삼색나물, 식혜 등 명절 음식을 맛볼 수 있다.
남원예촌by켄싱턴은 9월 16일, 17일 이틀간 송편 만들기 프로그램이 진행된다. 일 선착순 5팀과 함께 사랑마루에서 오후 4시부터 6시까지 진행되며, 참가 비용은 1만 9,900원이다.
켄싱턴리조트 제주중문은 9월 17일과 18일 이틀간 조식 뷔페에서 잡채, 오색전, 나물, 약밥, 약과 등 다양한 명절 음식을 제공한다.
켄싱턴호텔앤리조트 관계자는 “올해 추석 연휴 동안 소중한 가족과 함께 특별한 추억을 만들 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램과 이벤트를 준비했다”며 “켄싱턴호텔앤리조트에서 행복한 한가위를 보내시길 바란다”고 전했다.

Kensington Hotel & Resort, operated by Eland Park, is holding a Chuseok event.
Kensington Hotels & Resorts announced on Sept. 12 that it has prepared 'Chuseok Events' at its major hotels and resorts to celebrate the Chuseok holiday.
The events include traditional cultural experiences and various activities for families to enjoy a unique experience during the Chuseok holiday.
Kensington Hotel Pyeongchang will host a program where guests can view the full moon through an astronomical telescope in a pristine natural setting. The program will be held in the hotel's landmark French Garden (67,000㎡ / 20,000 pyeong) and will run for three days from September 14 to 16 during the Chuseok holiday. The event is open to all guests.
Kensington Resort Seorak Beach will host various events such as family folk games, folk games (scab, kite, fan) making, and face painting from 3:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for three days from September 15 to 17 at Haesong Garden in front of the resort. In particular, the family tug-of-war competition is open to the first four teams per day and will be broadcast by the resort's leisure expert, Kenny. Guests can participate for free.
In addition, from September 16 to 18, guests can enjoy holiday foods such as assorted pancakes, bulgogi, songpyeon, three-colored sprouts, and sikhye at the breakfast buffet.
Namwon Yeocheon by Kensington will host a two-day songpyeon making program on September 16 and 17. The program will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at Sarangmaru with the first five teams per day, and costs 19,900 won.
Kensington Resort Jeju Jungmun will serve a variety of festive foods such as japchae, five-color pancake, namul, yakbap, and yakgwae at its breakfast buffet on September 17 and 18.
