안양시의회, 아동·장애인 복지시설 방문 위문품 전달

안양시의회(의장 박준모)가 지난 9월 13일 추석을 맞아 관내 아동 및 장애인 복지시설을 방문해 위문품을 전달, 종사자들을 격려하고 위로했다.

박준모 의장, 김주석 부의장, 윤해동 의회운영위원장, 장명희 보사환경위원장, 허원구 의원 등안양시의원들은 관양흰돌 지역아동센터, 경기남부아동 임시보호소, 행복일자리 장애인 보호작업장, 안양시장애인 보호작업장 등 총 4곳의 복지시설을 순차적으로 방문했다.

의원들은 각 시설을 둘러보며 종사자들을 격려하고, 현장에서 건의사항과 애로사항을 청취했다.

박준모 의장은 “어려운 여건 속에서도 아동과 장애인 지원을 위해 애쓰시는 복지시설 관계자들께 깊은 감사를 드린다”며, “앞으로도 시의회에서도 사회 취약계층에 대한 지속적인 관심을 기울이겠다”고 말했다.
