【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군은 이달 23일부터 30일까지 계량의 정확성과 신뢰성 확보로 공정한 상거래 질서를 확립하고자 ‘2024년 계량기 정기검사’를 실시한다고 밝혔다.
계량기 정기검사는 계량에 관한 법률 제30조에 따라 2년마다 실시하는 법정 검사로 상거래와 증명용으로 사용하는 형식승인을 받은 10t 미만의 비자동저울인 판수동 저울, 접시지시 및 판지시 저울, 전기식지시저울이 검사대상이다.
해당 저울을 사용하는 귀금속판매업소, 정육점, 마트, 전통시장, 철물점 등은 공고된 일정에 따라 해당 지역 읍·면행정복지센터에서 검사를 받으면 된다.
검사는 △9. 23.~24. 옥천읍 △9. 25. 동이면(오전)/이원면(오후) △9. 26. 청성면(오전)/청산면(오후) △9. 27. 안남면(오전)/안내면(오후) △9. 30. 군서면(오전)/군북면(오후) 순으로 실시한다.
정기검사를 받지 않고 상거래에 사용하는 경우 200만 원 이하의 과태료 처분을 받을 수 있으므로 반드시 정해진 기간 내 검사를 받아야 한다.
