광명시, 재개발·재건축 현장 지원 강화

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광명 이현준기자] 광명시는 관내 재개발·재건축 사업 현장의 지원을 강화한다.

23일 시는 하안동 상업지구에 ‘재개발·재건축 현장지원센터’를 마련하고 오는 10월 1일부터 운영을 시작한다.

박승원 시장은 “재개발·재건축 사업은 주민들의 적극적인 소통이 사업의 성공 여부를 좌우할 만큼 중요한 요소”라며 “정비사업 초기에는 상담, 회의, 교육 등을 위한 공간이 부족해 어려움이 많기 때문에 현장지원센터를 제공한다”고 적극 지원 의지를 표했다.

현장지원센터는 181.5㎡(약 55평) 규모에 센터 운영 조직인 ‘재개발·재건축 전담지원센터’ 현장사무실과 소형?중형 회의실 및 40여 명을 수용할 수 있는 홀 등을 갖췄다.

사업 추진 준비 주체로부터 사전 사용신청서를 한 달 단위로 인터넷 접수를 받아 예약하는 방식으로 운영하며, 이용 시간은 오전 10시부터 오후 9시 40분까지이다.

이용 대상은 최근 재건축 가능 판정을 위한 안전진단을 완료한 하안지구 12개 단지와, 철산 주공 12~13단지, 철산KBS우성, 공공재개발 하안단독필지 추진 주체 등이다.
