농협이 청년 일자리 창출을 위해 1800여 명의 직원을 새로 채용한다.
농협(회장 강호동)은 ‘2024년 범농협 신규 직원 공개채용’을 실시한다고 8월 27일 밝혔다.
농협에 따르면 이번 채용은 9월 300여 명 채용을 시작으로(농협중앙회, 농협경제지주, NH농협은행, NH농협생명, NH농협손해보험), NH농협은행의 지역인재 채용(500여 명), 전국 농·축협 1,000여 명 채용 등 총 1800여 명 규모의 공개 채용으로 이어진다. 이를 통해 양질의 청년 일자리가 창출되어 고용시장에 활력을 불어넣을 것으로 기대된다는 설명이다.
9월 진행하는 공개채용 모집분야는 ▶일반 ▶IT ▶디지털 ▶농업경제 ▶축산경제 ▶은행 전문분야 ▶보험 등이며, 각 사업 분야별 전문성을 갖춘 인재를 선발하여 12월에 최종 합격자를 발표한다.
채용절차는 서류·필기·면접전형으로 진행되며, 공정하고 투명한 채용을 위해 학력, 연령, 성별 등에 제한이 없는 블라인드 방식으로 이루어진다.

Nonghyup is hiring 1,800 new employees to create jobs for youth.
Nonghyup (Chairman Kang Ho-dong) announced on August 27 that it will hold an open recruitment for new employees in 2024.
According to Nonghyup, the recruitment will begin in September with the hiring of 300 people (Nonghyup Central Association, Nonghyup Economic Holdings, NH Bank, NH Life Insurance, and NH Insurance), followed by the recruitment of local talents at NH Bank (500 people), and the recruitment of 1,000 people at agricultural and livestock cooperatives nationwide, for a total of 1,800 people. This is expected to create high-quality youth jobs and revitalize the job market.
The open recruitment will be held in September in the fields of ▶ general ▶ IT ▶ digital ▶ agricultural economy ▶ livestock economy ▶ banking specialties ▶ insurance, and the final successful candidates will be announced in December by selecting talented people with expertise in each business field.
The recruitment process will be conducted in a document, written test, and interview format, and will be conducted in a blind manner with no restrictions on education, age, gender, etc. to ensure fair and transparent recruitment.
