[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원시가 ‘2024년 제16회 노인일자리 채용 한마당’을 개최한다.
오는 10월 22일 오후 1시부터 4시까지 화성행궁광장에서 열린다.
수원시 노인민간취업지원협의체(수원시, 수원시니어클럽, 대한노인회 장안·팔달·권선·영통구지회)가 주최하고, 수원시니어클럽이 주관하는 노인일자리 채용 한마당은 수원시에 거주하는 60세 이상 어르신을 위한 일자리박람회다.
경비, 미화, 조리·주방보조 등 분야에서 18개 이상 업체가 참여해 30여 명을 채용할 계획이다.
구인 업체가 현장 면접 후 직접 채용하거나 수원시니어클럽·대한노인회 4개 구 지회가 이력서를 접수한 후 추후 면접 일정을 잡아주는 방식으로 진행된다.
통합면접, 업체 직접면접 부스 등을 운영하고, 요양 기관·시설 구인부스와 노인일자리 홍보부스 등 특별운영 부스도 있다.
어르신 일자리 취업상담, 이력서 작성 지원, 명함 사진 촬영·인쇄 등 취업지원 서비스도 함께 제공한다.
수원시 관계자는 “민간업체와 구직을 희망하는 어르신을 연계해 틈새 일자리를 발굴하겠다”며 “민간업체는 구인난을 해소하고, 어르신은 활기차고 안정된 노후생활을 하는 데 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
