군포의왕교육지원청, 군포·의왕학원연합회와 정담회 개최

군포의왕교육지원청(교육장 성정현)이 지난 10월 11일 군포·의왕학원연합회와 교육지원청과 학원연합회 간 사교육 운영의 건전한 발전을 위한 다양한 방안을 논의할 목적으로 정담회를 개최했다.

이번 정담회에는 군포의왕교육지원청 박신정 교육과장, 김재선 의왕교육지원센터장, 학원업무 담당자, 군포·의왕 학원연합회 임원 등 8명이 참석했다.

정담회에서는 군포·의왕 지역 교육 주요 현안으로 학원 보험가입의 적정성, 학원의 자율성 강화, 학원 안전 관련 의무교육 안내 등이 논의됐다. 양측은 사교육을 둘러싼 사회적 분위기에 대해 상호 의견을 교환하며 서로 협력을 강화하기로 약속했다.

학원연합회 임원들은 “학생들이 올바른 교육을 받을 수 있도록 교육지원청과 학원이 함께 힘을 모아야 한다”고 말했다.

박신정 교육과장은 “관내 학원의 건전한 운영을 위해 적극적으로 협력해 주셔서 감사드린다”며, “앞으로도 우리교육지원청은 학생들이 안전하고 쾌적한 환경에서 학습할 수 있도록 학원연합회와 지속적으로 소통하며 협력해 나가기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
