오너일가 등기임원 비중이 가장 높은 그룹은 케이씨씨(KCC)로, 전체 등기임원 59명 중 25명(42.4%)이 오너일가였다. 영원·셀트리온·SM·부영·농심 등도 오너일가 등기임원 비중이 30%를 넘겼다.
반면, 총수가 있는 10대 그룹 중 지에스와 현대자동차를 제외한 8곳의 등기임원 비중은 2% 미만으로 나타났다.
16일 CEO스코어에 따르면 2024년 공시대상기업집단 지정된 88개 기업 중 동일인이 있는 78개 기업집단을 대상으로 2024년 10월 기준 등기 임원 현황을 조사한 결과, 전체 등기임원 1만2719명 중 830명(6.5%)이 오너일가인 것으로 집계됐다.
등기임원 중 오너일가 비중이 30%를 넘는 그룹은 6곳에 달했다. 비중이 가장 높은 그룹은 케이씨씨로 전체 등기임원 59명 중 오너일가가 25명으로 절반 가까운 42.4%로 나타났다.
이어 △영원(88명 중 34명, 38.6%) △셀트리온(43명 중 15명, 34.9%) △SM(224명 중 76명, 33.9%) △부영(98명 중 30명, 30.6%) △농심(80명 중 24명, 30.0%) 순이었다.
