(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 인천문화재단과 인하대 한국학연구소가 오는 11월 15일 오후 1시 인하대학교 60주년기념관에서 ‘인천지역 문화유산 발굴과 콘텐츠 계발’을 주제로 공동 학술회의를 개최한다.
재단에 따르면, 이번 학술회의는 잘 알려지지 않은 지역유산을 발굴하여 보존·관리하고 활용하기 위한 목적에서 인천의 문화유산 분야를 해양문화유산, 인천개항장, 하와이 이민유산, 산업유산 등 4개 분야로 나누어 각 분야 지역유산의 현황을 알아보고 이를 콘텐츠화 하기 위한 방안을 모색한다.
이번 학술회의에서는 총 4편의 세부 발표와 토론이 진행된다.
첫 번째는 “인천지역의 해양문화유산과 콘텐츠 계발”을 인하대 사학과 임학성 교수가 발표하고 국민대 한국역사학과 홍영의 교수가 토론한다.
두 번째는 “인천개항장 문화유산과 그 안의 사람들”을 헤리티지프로젝트 이지은 대표가 발표하고 상상플랫폼 뮤지엄엘 총괄디렉터가 토론한다.
세 번째는 “한국이민사박물관 도보답사를 통해 본 하와이 이민 문화유산”을 한국이민사박물관 김상열 관장이 발표하고 인하대 한국학연구소 이영미 교수가 토론한다.
네 번째는 “근대 인천의 제조업과 산업유산”을 인하대박물관 류창호 학예연구사가 발표하고 인천대 기초교육원 이상의 교수가 토론한다.
이어 학술회의 참가자 모두가 참여하는 종합토론이 인하대 문화콘텐츠문화경영학과 김만수 교수의 사회로 진행된다.
인천문화재단 정책연구실(인천문화유산센터)은 인천의 역사와 문화유산 관련 학술회의를 매년 관련 연구기관·단체와 공동으로 개최하여 지역사에 대한 심층적 이해 확대를 도모하고 있다.
학술회의 자료집은 ‘인천 문화유산 디지털 아카이브’ 홈페이지에서 내려받을 수 있다.

Incheon Cultural Foundation and Inha University Korean Studies Institute will hold a joint academic conference on 'Incheon Regional Cultural Heritage Excavation and Content Development' at Inha University's 60th Anniversary Memorial Hall at 1:00 PM on November 15.
According to the foundation, this academic conference will divide Incheon's cultural heritage into four categories: maritime cultural heritage, Incheon Port, Hawaiian immigrant heritage, and industrial heritage, with the purpose of discovering, preserving, managing, and utilizing little-known regional heritage. The third presentation will be “Hawaiian Immigration Cultural Heritage Seen Through a Walking Tour of the Korean Immigration Museum,” by Director Kim Sang-yeol of the Korean Immigration Museum, and a discussion will be held by Professor Lee Young-mi of the Institute of Korean Studies at Inha University.
The fourth presentation will be “Manufacturing and Industrial Heritage in Modern Incheon,” by Curator Ryu Chang-ho of the Inha University Museum, and a discussion will be held by Professor Lee Sang of the Incheon National University Institute of Basic Education.
