[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시도시개발공사는 장유ㆍ율하지역 악취 해소를 위한 장유배후주거복합단지 도시개발사업(1공구)을 준공했다고 3일 밝혔다.
장유배후주거복합단지는 8만4,738㎡의 규모로 72필지의 단독주택용지 등으로 구성돼 있으며 2020년 착공해 2023년 준공 후 정주환경 개선을 위한 추가 공사를 해왔다.
율하2지구와 연접한 장유배후주거복합단지는 숲세권으로 도시가스 설치, 스마트 시티 구축 등 공기업이 공급하는 매력적인 전원주택지로 눈길을 끌고 있다.
수분양자들은 지난달 18일부터 오는 6일까지 잔금 납부와 함께 소유권을 이전하고 있으며 일부 필지는 건축허가를 거쳐 주택 건설 공사가 진행되고 있다.
단독주택용지 72필지 중 55필지가 매각됐으며, 잔여 17필지는 수의계약이 가능하다.
