(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 인천시문화예술회관이 5일, 인천시립소년소녀합창단이 창단 첫해인 2024년을 마무리하며 송년음악회 ‘초코케잌’을 준비했다고 밝혔다.
문화예술회관에 따르면, 오는 12월 19일 아트센터인천에서 달콤한 음악선물로 행복한 크리스마스 시즌을 장식한다.
따뜻한 크리스마스 분위기를 한껏 더한 이번 무대는 고전적인 크리스마스 합창곡과 탭댄스 공연을 비롯해, 어린이들이 주인공인 음악극으로 꾸며 관객들에게 감동과 희망의 메시지를 전할 예정이다.
조현경 상임지휘자의 지휘 아래, 첫 번째 곡으로 영국의 저명한 작곡가 벤자민 브리튼의 대표작품인 <캐럴의 축제(A Ceremony of Carols)>가 연주된다.
브리튼이 크리스마스에 어린아이들이 연주할 수 있도록 3부 합창으로 작곡하였는데, 영롱한 하프와 함께 맑은 어린이 합창을 감상할 수 있다.
고요하고 성스러운 멜로디는 성탄절의 의미를 되새기게 하고 크리스마스의 전통적인 분위기를 고스란히 담아낼 예정이다.
