[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 시정 발전을 위한 창의적이고 실용적인 아이디어를 발굴하고자 실시한 ‘2024년 김해시 정책제안 공모전’ 결과를 발표하고 18일 시상식을 개최했다.
‘김해를 말하다. 김해를 그리다’ 슬로건으로 진행한 공모전은 지난 10월 1일부터 30일간 김해에 관심 있는 전 국민을 대상으로 다양한 분야의 정책 아이디어를 모집했으며 김해시 공무원을 대상으로도 김해종합운동장 활용 방안과 시민 불편 해소 등 다양한 아이디어를 모집했다.
국민 제안 148건, 공무원 제안 27건으로 총 175건의 제안이 접수돼 사전검토와 1차 심사, 공개검증과 최종심사를 거쳐 국민 제안 12건(금상1, 은상1, 동상2, 장려상3, 노력상5), 공무원 제안 10건(금상1, 은상1, 동상1, 장려상3, 노력상4)으로 총 22건의 우수 제안을 가렸다.
국민 제안 분야에서 금상은 김해시 캐릭터 ‘토더기’의 정체성 구축과 시민들 간 유대감 형성을 위해 시민들의 실제 사연을 담은 에세이, 보이는 라디오 제작을 제안한 ‘토더기의 토덕토덕 에세이 & 토더기디오’가 선정됐다.
은상은 체납에 따른 인·물적 낭비 감소와 징수율 향상을 위해 납기 전 미납자 카톡 안내 서비스를 제안한 ‘아! 맞다 세금!! 프로젝트’가 선정됐으며 동상은 김해 지혜의바다 도서관을 중심으로 복합문화 공간 조성 및 관광 허브 활용을 제안한 ‘김해, 새롭게 해(海)보다 : K-SEA 프로젝트’와 도시 생활에 지친 2030 청춘들을 위로하고 색다른 경험 제공을 제안한 ‘나를 찾아 떠나는 청년들을 위한 농촌여행 플랫폼’이 선정됐다.
김해시 공무원 분야 금상은 체육시설 본연의 역할과 즐거움을 결합한 김해종합운동장 내 ‘스마트 스포츠 체험관 조성’이 선정됐다.
은상은 시민의 안전한 생활 및 신속 정확한 대응체계 확립을 위한 ‘길안내 URL 및 QR코드 활용, 우리동네 생활안전지도 운영’, 동상은 김해종합운동장의 수익 창출과 랜드마크 조성을 제안한 ‘토더기 랜드! 김해시 랜드마크가 되다!’가 선정됐다.
문화·관광 분야 편중된 작년 공모전과 달리 올해는 청년, 저출산, 고령화 등 현 사회의 주된 관심사인 '인구'와 '청년정책'에 관련된 제안이 주를 이뤘으며 김해종합운동장의 활용 방안에 대한 제안처럼 시정에 접목하고 반영해 나가야 할 내용의 제안과 아이디어가 많았다.
홍태용 시장은 “올해 김해시 정책제안 공모전에 많은 관심을 가지고 참여해주셔서 감사드린다”며 “최종 선정된 제안뿐 아니라 모든 제안을 면밀히 검토하여 시정에 반영하고 개선함으로써 시민이 참여하고 소통하는 행정을 구현할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
