브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 조원진 우리공화당 대표는 27일 국회에서 한덕수 대통령 권한대행에 대한 탄핵소추안을 더불어민주당 단독으로 가결시킨데 대해 "이제 이재명은 사실상 국회 독재자가 됐다. 독재자를 타도하는 것이 자유민주주의를 회복하는 길"이라고 비판했다.
조원진 대표는 이날 보도자룔 통해, 우원식 국회의장이 한덕수 대통령 권한대행 국무총리에 대한 탄핵소추안의 가결요건을 151석으로 정하고, 국회 본회의장에서 가결 시킨 데 대해 이같이 밝혔다.
그는 "대한민국이 엄청난 국가적 위기 상황에서 민주당의 일방적 주장과 심지어 언론 기사 등을 담은 한덕수 대통령 권한대행 탄핵소추안을 일방적인 가결 기준을 만들어 가결 시킨 것은 그 자체가 원천 무효"라며 "이재명 민주당의 일방적 협박을 들어주지 않는다고 대통령 권한대행 국무총리를 탄핵하는 것은 국가와 국민을 생각한다면 도저히 할 수 없는 일"이라고 지적했다.
이어 "이재명에게는 이제 국가와 국민이 보이지 않고 오직 권력과 정권만 보이는 것"이라고 꼬집었다.
조원진 대표는 또 "한덕수 대통령 권한대행 국무총리는 대통령의 권한대행 직무를 수행하고 있었기 때문에 탄핵소추를 하려면 대통령 기준인 재적의원의 3분의2(200명) 이상 찬성이 필요하다"면서 "이재명의 민주당과 우원식 국회의장이 짝짝쿵해서 가결시킨 한덕수 권한대행 탄핵소추안 가결은 원천 무효이다"라고 거듭 주장했다.
그러면서 "대통령에 이어 대통령 권한대행까지 연속해서 탄핵시킨 국회는 민의의 전당이 아니라 이재명 독재자의 전유물에 불과하다. 대한민국을 위기로 몰아넣고 있는 국회는 당장 해산해야 한다"고 덧붙였다.
