[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 선제적 공동주택 관리체계를 구축한 것으로 평가됐다.
시는 신규 공동주택의 경우 최초 입주자대표회의 구성 후 2개월 이내 동별대표자를 대상으로 교육을 실시해 체계적인 관리를 시작으로 입주민의 만족도를 높이고 사용검사 5년 이내 감사를 실시해 관리 투명성을 단계별 강화한다.
300세대 미만 소규모 공동주택은 2024년까지 교육을 완료하고 2025년부터는 감사 대상에 포함해 소규모 단지의 관리 수준 향상을 도모한다.
특히 올해부터 감사 모범단지와 교육 이수단지는 감사 도래 시기로부터 2년 유예하는 등 자율적이고 투명한 관리를 장려하기 위한 인센티브를 제공한다.
2025년에는 사전감사교육 25개 단지, 공동주택 관리실태 감사 25개 단지를 시행하며 교육 희망 단지는 신청서를 작성해 시청 공동주택과 감사팀에 접수하면 초임 동별대표자가 다수인 단지를 우선으로 교육단지를 선정한다.
최군식 공동주택과장은 “공동주택 감사와 교육을 연계·탄력적으로 시행해 공동주택 투명성에 선제적으로 대응하고 지속적으로 주민과 협력해 쾌적하고 안전한 주거 환경 조성에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
