[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 아동·청소년이 행복한 친화도시 조성을 위해 올해 645억원의 예산을 투입하여 다양한 사업을 추진한다고 4일 밝혔다.
분야별로 아동권리보장 및 아동건전육성 419억원, 아동복지시설 지원 125억원, 보호대상아동 지원 65억원, 청소년복지증진 17억원, 아동청소년일반 19억원이다.
주요사업은 유니세프 아동친화도시 상위인증 획득, 방과 후 공적 돌봄시설 확대, 아동의 건강한 성장을 위한 맞춤형 지원, 청소년 시설 운영, 학대위기·피해아동 선제보호 및 사후관리 등이다.
아동친화도시 조성을 위해 지난 2021년 2월 경남도 내 시군 중 최초로 유니세프 아동친화도시로 인증을 받은 김해시는 인증 4년간의 이행성과를 바탕으로, 지역사회 내 아동친화도 조사, 거버넌스 구축, 아동의 참여 및 권리교육, 아동친화적 공간조성 등 아동친화적 정책을 성실히 이행하고 그 성과를 분석·보완하여 보다 발전된 수준의 아동친화도시 상위인증 획득에 주력한다.
또한 아동건전육성을 위해 초등돌봄이 필요한 아동을 위한 방과 후 공적 돌봄 시설인 다함께돌봄센터를 2개소 확대 설치하여 부모 양육부담 경감 및 아동의 행복하고 안전한 돌봄 환경을 구축한다.
보호대상아동 지원을 위해 아동발달지원계좌 적립금 지원에 42억원을 투입, 올해 차상위지원계층까지 확대 지원하고 또한 취약계층 아동통합서비스 드림스타트 사업을 지속 추진한다.
아동의 건강한 성장 지원을 위해 총 605억을 투입하여 ▲아동수당 ▲다자녀가정지원 ▲저소득층 결식우려아동 급식지원 ▲가정위탁아동지원 ▲아동복지시설 지원 등 계층별 욕구에 맞는 복지서비스 사업을 추진한다.
그리고 18세 미만 학대위기·피해아동 선제보호를 위해 아동보호팀 10명의 직원들이 365일 24시간 당직 대기 및 현장 출동하여 피해 아동을 적극 보호하고 피해를 최소화한다.
나아가 아동보호전문기관에 총 11억원을 투입하여 피해아동 사후관리와 아동학대 예방에 만전을 기하기로 했다.
특히, 지난해 97억의 사업비를 투입하여 설립한 청소년을 위한 복합문화공간 김해시서부청소년센터 개관 및 운영, 청소년의 건전한 여가활동 지원을 위한 김해시청소년센터 리모델링 공사를 추진하여 청소년에게 건전하고 다양한 활동공간을 제공하여 문화적 욕구를 충족시키고 나아가 청소년의 지역사회 참여 활성화를 도모해 나가기로 했다.
