부천시에 따르면, 이번 지원 사업을 통해 영업주의 경제적 부담을 줄이고, 시민들에게 더욱 안전한 외식 환경을 제공할 계획이다.
이번 지원 사업 대상은 식품제조가공업소 및 식품접객업소이며, 지원신청은 자금 소진 전까지 연중 상시로 가능하다.
식품진흥기금 융자대상 및 융자금 한도는 식품접객업소 시설개선자금 1억 원, 식품제조가공업소 시설개선자금 5억 원(총 공사비용20% 자부담), 식품접객업소 화장실 시설개선자금은 2천만 원, 모범음식점·위생등급 지정업소 운영자금은 3천만 원이며, 금리는 1%로 지원한다.
융자 기간 및 상환 방법은 시설개선자금은 2년거치 3년균등 분할상환이며 단, 화장실 시설개선자금, 운영자금은 1년 거치 2년 균등 분할상환이다.
융자 자금이 필요한 업소는 먼저 농협은행 부천시지부 또는 해당 지점에서 대출 가능 여부를 상담한 후, 부천시청 식품위생과 또는 구청 산업위생과에 융자 신청서 등을 제출하면 된다.
