[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 관내 대학 졸업, 입학 시즌에 맞춰 사회초년생 전세사기 피해예방을 위한 집중적인 홍보를 실시한다고 18일 밝혔다.

최근 전세사기 피해자의 70%가 사회초년생인 20~30대로 나타나 부동산 전월세 계약 경험이 없는 이들을 대상으로 부동산 거래 시 유의사항을 안내하기 위해서다.

시는 최근 경남도, 한국공인중개사협회 김해시지회와 합동으로 관내 대학 졸업식장을 찾아 사회초년생들을 대상으로 캠페인을 진행했다.

전세 계약 시 유의해야 할 주요 내용은 △전세계약 전 선순위권리관계 확인 △임대인의 세금체납여부 확인 △계약체결 시 임대인 신분 확인 △공인중개사 정상영업여부 확인 △계약체결 후 주택임대차신고 △권리관계 변동확인△전입신고 △전세보증금 반환보증 가입 등이다.

그동안 시는 부동산중개업소 출입구 전면 유리 광고판에 개업공인중개사의 대형 실명사진을 부착하는 실명제를 실시하고 개업공인중개사와 중개보조원의 명찰을 제작해 배부하는 등 전세사기 예방 활동을 지속적으로 해오고 있다.

시 관계자는 “전세사기 피해 예방을 위해 안심전세앱 등을 활용해 전세계약 핵심 유의사항을 숙지하고 계약할 수 있도록 해야 한다”고 당부했다.
