◈ 변산 관광휴양콘도 사업 … 2022년 4월 26일 전라북도ㆍ부안군ㆍ㈜자광홀딩스 간 3자 투자협약(관광숙박업)을 체결한 이후 2022년 12월 토지 매매계약이 이뤄졌다.
