[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 시청 기업인의 방에서 진주시장애인종합복지관을 포함한 8개 기관과 함께 ‘진주시 장애인 5대 돌봄사업’의 원활한 추진을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 2일 밝혔다.
이날 협약은 진주시가 보건복지부와 한국장애인개발원의 2025년 장애인 신규 서비스 개발 공모사업에 선정되면서 이뤄졌다.
시는 국비 2000만원을 확보해 지난 3월부터 오는 10월까지 자립돌봄, 일상돌봄, 동행돌봄, 마음돌봄, 재활돌봄 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
시는 협약에 참여한 8개 기관은 각 분야의 전문성을 살려 장애인 맞춤형 돌봄 서비스를 지원한다.
조규일 진주시장은 “이번 협약을 통해 민·관·학 협력체계를 강화하고 장애인들이 안전하고 자립적인 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
