나무 심기에 앞서 임종환 국민대학교 교수는 ‘탄소중립 실천을 위한 나무 심기’를 주제로 강의를 진행해 참여자들이 나무 심기의 의미와 중요성을 되새기는 시간을 가졌다.
또한, 나무를 심은 뒤 참여자들이 반려 식물 화분 만들기 체험을 하는 등 ‘탄소중립을 위한 건강한 미래를 가꾼다’라는 행사 취지를 더욱 뜻깊게 했다.
