(브레이크뉴스 경기동북부)하인규 기자=한국마사회 선릉지사(지사장 최재원)는 지난 13일 봄 야간경마 기간에 2025년 2차 클린존(Clean Zone) 캠페인을 시행했다. 이번 캠페인은 지난 3월 클린존 발대식 및 1차 캠페인에 이어 벚꽃이 만개하는 봄 야간경마 주간에 시행됐다. 지사 직원들이 직접 참여하여 지사 주변 쓰레기 수거 등 환경 정화 활동을 집중적으로 시행했다.
한국마사회 선릉지사는 2018년부터 지사 반경 500m 이내를 클린존으로 설정하고 해당 구역 내 환경 정화 및 질서 안내 활동을 펼치고 있다. 클린존의 효율적 운영을 위해 인근 지역에 거주하시는 60세 이상의 어르신들을 채용하고 있어 지역 내 일자리 창출에도 동시에 기여하고 있다.
