부산 도시철도 사상~하단선 1공구에서 지난 3년 동안 싱크홀이 12번 발생했지만, 그간 싱크홀이 발생하는 근본적 원인, 해결책 등은 제시하지 못하고, 안일하게 대처하던 부산시가 지난 14일 싱크홀 발생 10일 만에 특별 감사에 착수해 뒤 늦게 소 잃고 외양간 고친다는 지적이 많다.
