(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 19일, 기초학력 진단과 맞춤형 지원을 위한 웹 기반 시스템 ‘더블플레이(doubleplay.co.kr)’ 개발을 완료하고, 지난 16일 현장 교원을 대상으로 활용 연수를 실시했다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, ‘더블플레이’는 학생 개개인의 학습 수준을 정밀하게 진단하고, 맞춤형 교육과정을 설계·제공하는 시스템으로 인천기초학력지원센터가 2022년부터 축적한 연구와 데이터를 바탕으로 독자 개발했다.
국어 영역에서는 읽기 유창성 진단을 통해 난독 위험군, 난독 관심군, 읽기 부진군, 보통 이상군으로 학생을 분류하고, 한글 해득부터 독해까지 이어지는 단계별 진단 결과에 따라 지도 지침과 교육프로그램을 제공한다.
수학 영역에서는 사칙연산 유창성 진단을 기반으로 난산 위험군, 난산 관심군, 연산 부진군, 보통 이상군으로 구분하며, 각 집단에 적합한 추가 진단과 맞춤형 프로그램을 지원한다.
진단 결과 난독·난산이 의심되는 학생은 31개 전문 협약기관과 연계해 심층 진단과 총 30회기의 맞춤형 프로그램을 제공받게 된다.
인천시교육청은 오는 2025년 말까지 영어와 정서·행동 분야로 진단 범위를 확대할 계획이다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “기초학력 보장은 학생의 기본권 실현을 위한 출발점”이라며 “학습 격차 해소를 위해 지속해서 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
