(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 27일, 장애인의 공직 진출 기회를 확대하기 위해 중증장애인 4명을 경력경쟁임용시험을 통해 채용할 예정이다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 채용은 공직 내 다양성과 포용성을 강화하고, 장애인의 사회 참여 기회를 넓히기 위한 방안의 일환이다.
부천시는 2024년부터 일반직 공무원 채용 외에도 임기제 공무원을 장애인 별도 전형으로 6명을 채용한 바 있으며, 이번 경력경쟁임용시험은 중증장애인만을 대상으로 처음 시행된다.
채용 직급은 일반임기제 9급으로, 행정, 사회복지, 세무, 전산 등 4개 분야에서 각 1명씩 모집한다.
