(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 9일, 검암공촌지구(496필지, 655,222㎡) 검암동 90-9번지 및 공촌동 2-2번지 일원 토지소유자와의 토지 경계 결정 협의 및 조정 절차를 거쳐 지적재조사 측량이 완료됨에 따라 토지소유자에게 지적확정예정 통지서를 발송하고 의견 제출을 받는다고 밝혔다.
서구에 따르면, 지적확정예정 통지서란 기존 지적공부의 종전 토지와 지적재조사에 의해 조정된 경계·면적에 대한 지번별 내역, 도면 등을 표시한 자료이다.
서구는 경계조정 과정을 거쳐 토지소유자와 관계자들을 현장에서 직접 만나 소통하며 사전에 충분한 경계 조정 협의를 진행하였다.
지적확정예정 통지에 의견이 있는 토지소유자는 등기수령일로부터 20일 이내 서구청 토지정보과로 의견서를 제출해야 하며, 의견서가 제출된 토지는 경계조정 가능여부와 토지소유자 간 협의를 통해 경계를 재설정하고 ‘인천광역시 서구 경계결정위원회’의 심의·의결 과정을 거쳐 최종 경계를 결정하게 된다.
서구 관계자는 “지적재조사 사업으로 실제 현황과 일치하지 아니하는 지적공부의 등록사항을 바로잡아 토지의 이용가치가 높아지고, 이웃 간 경계분쟁을 해결해 구민의 재산권 보호에 기여할 것”이라고 전했다.
