우범기 시장을 비롯 전주시 대표단은 지난 9일(현지 시간) 폴란드 복합재 기술 클러스터(PKTK)를 방문, 안제이 추왈락(Andrzej Czulak) 협회장을 비롯 클러스터 관계자와 막달레나 마워폴스키에 주국장 등과 복합소재 및 첨단기술 분야의 국제 협력 방안을 논의하는 간담회를 가졌다.
