(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 18일 시청 영상회의실에서 ‘2025년 상반기 청렴대책추진단 추진계획 보고회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 이번 보고회는 인천시의 청렴도를 실질적으로 향상시키기 위한 부패 취약 분야 개선과 부패방지제도 구축 방안을 논의하는 자리로 마련됐다.
청렴대책추진단은 반부패·청렴 정책관련 협의, 분야별 취약 요인 대응방안 모색을 위해 구성된 기구로, 유정복 인천시장이 단장을 맡고 행정부시장과 실·국·본부장 등 27명이 단원으로 참여하고 있다.
이번 회의는 유정복 시장이 직접 주재하며, 고위직 공직자의 청렴 의지를 고취하고 전 부서에 청렴 시책을 공유·확산하고자 하는 시의 강한 의지를 드러냈다.
보고회에서는 부서별로 진단한 청렴 취약 분야와 그에 대한 개선 방안이 공유됐다.
특히, 각 실·국이 자율적으로 발굴한 청렴 취약 요인을 중심으로 실효성 있는 대책이 논의됐으며, 부서 간 긴밀한 협력과 지속적인 점검의 필요성에 대한 공감대도 형성됐다.
또, 2025년 반부패 청렴 종합계획과 주요 부패방지제도 구축 방안이 보고되어 실질적 제도개선으로 이어질 수 있는 기틀을 마련했다.
유정복 시장은 “청렴은 조직의 기본이자 시민 신뢰의 출발점”이라며 “청렴대책추진단을 중심으로 각 부서가 자율적으로 취약 요인을 점검·개선하고, 투명하고 책임 있는 행정문화를 정착시켜야 한다”고 강조했다.
한편, 인천시는 앞으로도 정기적인 청렴대책 보고회를 통해 조직 전반에 청렴 문화를 확산시키고, 부패 없는 행정을 실현하기 위한 정책을 지속적으로 추진해 나갈 계획이다.
