군포의왕교육지원청, ‘소통으로 풍성한 우리 가족’ 학부모 연수 실시

군포의왕교육지원청(교육장 성정현)이 지난 6월 12일, 19일 2회에 걸쳐 2025 군포의왕 우리다움 인성교육 ‘소풍’ 학부모 연수 시리즈 두 번째 이야기 ‘원예와 함께하는 자녀와의 긍정 대화법’을 실시했다.

‘원예와 함께하는 자녀와의 긍정 대화법’ 연수는 △자기 돌봄을 통한 긍정적 대화의 힘, △자녀 감정 이해와 공감의 기술, △회복적 소통을 위한 건강한 갈등 해결 등을 내용으로 아로마테라피와 꽃바구니 만들기 체험도 함께 진행됐다.

이번 학부모 연수는 가정과 함께하는 인성교육을 통해 부모의 인성 기반 자녀 교육 역량을 강화하고 학생의 기본 인성 함양을 목적으로 군포의왕교육지원청이 기획한 ‘소풍(소통으로 풍성한 우리 가족)’ 학부모 연수 중 두 번째 연수로 신청 시작과 동시에 마감돼 높은 관심과 참여율을 보였다.

연수에 참가한 한 학부모는 “나를 돌봄으로써 아이와의 관계, 공동체와의 관계에서도 좋은 영향을 끼칠 수 있음을 배우고, 건강한 감정 표현과 자녀를 이해하는 대화에 대해서 배울 수 있는 유익한 시간이었다”며, “같은 고민을 갖고 있는 학부모님들과 공감대를 형성할 수 있어서 좋았다”고 말했다.

성정현 교육장은 “가정에서의 인성교육이 힘을 가질 때 그 영향력은 더욱 커진다”며, “대화가 단절되고 일상이 힘든 요즘 건강한 가족 간의 소통을 통해 행복한 관계 회복으로 학생들의 기본 인성 함양과 성장에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.

군포의왕교육지원청은 가정과 학교, 지역사회가 협력하는 교육공동체 환경 조성을 위해 앞으로 소풍 3기 ‘자녀의 자아존중감 형성을 위한 자기주도 학습 코칭 부모 역할’ 등 가정 연계 인성교육 학부모 연수를 다양하게 운영할 예정이다.

Gunpo Uiwang Office of Education (Superintendent Seong Jeong-hyeon) conducted the second story of the 2025 Gunpo Uiwang Our Daum Character Education ‘Picnic’ Parent Training Series, ‘Positive Conversation Methods with Children through Gardening’ on June 12 and 19.

The ‘Positive Conversation Methods with Children through Gardening’ training included the power of positive conversation through self-care, techniques for understanding and empathizing with children’s emotions, and healthy conflict resolution for restorative communication, along with aromatherapy and flower basket making experiences.

This parent training was the second training among the 'Picnic (Our Family Rich in Communication)' parent trainings planned by Gunpo Uiwang Office of Education with the aim of strengthening parents' capacity for character-based child education and cultivating students' basic character through character education with the family. It was closed as soon as the application opened, showing high interest and participation.

One parent who participated in the training said, "I learned that taking care of myself can have a positive effect on my relationship with my child and the community, and it was a useful time to learn about healthy emotional expression and conversations to understand my child." He also said, "It was good to be able to form a bond with parents who have the same concerns."

Superintendent Seong Jeong-hyeon said, "When character education at home is powerful, its influence is even greater." He added, "In these times when communication is cut off and daily life is difficult, I expect that it will help students develop their basic character and grow by restoring happy relationships through healthy family communication." Gunpo Uiwang Office of Education plans to operate various parent training programs for home-linked character education, such as the 3rd Picnic, ‘Parents’ Role in Self-Directed Learning Coaching for Building Children’s Self-Esteem’, in order to create an educational community environment where families, schools, and the local community cooperate.
