폭염과 집중호우 등 여름철 기후 재난이 일상화되는 가운데, 논산시(시장 백성현)가 거리 노숙인의 안전을 위한 선제적 대응에 나섰다.
시는 오는 9월 30일까지를 ‘노숙인 보호 집중 점검 기간’으로 정하고, 본격적인 무더위가 시작되는 7~8월을 중점 대응 시기로 삼아 현장 점검과 지원 체계를 강화한다.
