【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 동구청은 오는 8일 오후 2시, 동구보건소 5층 대강당에서 ‘K-2 군소음 소음영향도 조사사업’ 주민설명회를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 조사는 국방부가 주관하며, ‘군소음보상법’에 따라 5년마다 정기적으로 실시된다. 대구비행장(K-2) 인근 소음 피해 주민을 대상으로 진행되며, 동구·북구 지역 주민 누구나 참석할 수 있다.
설명회에서는 소음 측정 지점 선정 결과, 조사 절차 및 방법, 그리고 향후 일정에 대해 안내하고, 주민 의견을 수렴할 예정이다.
소음영향도 조사는 올 하반기 1차 측정을 시작으로, 내년 상반기 2차 측정, 전문가 검토 및 주민 의견조회 등의 절차를 거쳐 2026년 12월 최종 확정된다. 조사 결과는 향후 군소음 피해 보상 구역 지정의 기준으로 활용될 예정이다.
동구청 관계자는 “객관적이고 체계적인 조사를 바탕으로 지역 주민들이 합당한 보상을 받을 수 있도록 하기 위해 설명회를 마련했다”며 “주민 여러분의 적극적인 관심과 참여를 부탁드린다”고 밝혔다.
