[브레이크뉴스=박찬호 기자] 한국남동발전이 협력기업과 공동 연구개발한 우수 발전 기자재를 개발선정품으로 지정, 발전현장에서 활용도를 향상시킴으로써 협력 중소기업의 성장을 적극 돕고 있다.
한국남동발전은 8일 경남 진주 본사에서 김군회 KOEN 연구소장, 협력기업 대표들이 참석한 가운데, 협력기업과 협업해 개발한 우수 발전 기자재 활용도 촉진을 위한 ‘협력연구개발사업 우수제품 개발선정품 인증서 수여식’을 가졌다고 밝혔다.
이날 수여식에서 협력기업 공동연구개발사업 최종 평가에서 ‘아주 우수’ 평가를 획득하고, 약 6개월 이상 현장 실증을 진행한 대양롤랜드의 ‘목재팰릿 철편 선별 Grizzly’와 회명산업의 ‘가스터빈 압축기 세정제’에 대한 인증서를 수여했다.
‘목재팰릿 철편 선별 Grizzly’는 연료 내 잔류 철편을 효과적으로 제거함으로써 연료 품질 향상과 설비 손상 예방이 가능하며, ‘가스터빈 압축기 세정제’는 세정 성능 향상을 통해 발전소 운영 효율성을 높이는 기술로 주목받고 있다.
개발선정품 지정 인증서를 받은 제품은 남동발전으로부터 3년간 우선구매 혜택이 주어진다. 또한 남동발전은 협력기업과 함께 국내외 발명전시회 등에 참가하여 우수제품 홍보에 함께 나설 계획이다.

이렇게 선정된 개발 제품은 언론공시를 통해 이의제기 접수 후 이의신청이 없을 경우 최종적으로 지정된다.
