전북 진안군은 11일 진안읍 군하리 364번지 일원에서 '진안고원 행복주택' 기공식을 갖고 본격적인 건립에 착수했다.
이날 기공식은 전춘성 군수를 비롯 지역 도ㆍ군의원ㆍ이장 단체ㆍ지역 청년 등이 참석한 가운데 성황리에 열렸다.
'진안고원 행복주택'은 대지면적 2,115㎡ 부지에 지상 4층ㆍ2개 동 규모로 2026년 2월 완공을 목표로 하고 있다.
신혼부부용 주택(전용 53.22㎡) 15세대ㆍ청년용 주택(전용 37.30㎡) 15세대 등 총 30세대다.
'행복주택'은 진안군과 한국토지주택공사(LH)가 협력한 매입형 공공임대주택 사업이다.
