브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= DL건설이 한국토지주택공사(LH)가 발주한 광명시흥 S2-4, S2-6BL에 대한 제5차 민간참여 공공주택건설사업(이하 민참사업)의 우선협상대상자로 선정됐다고 17일 밝혔다.
DL건설은 지난 2021년도 부산용호6 및 대전천동1 통합형 민간참여 주거환경개선사업 이후 약 4년 만에 공공시장에 복귀하는 셈이다.
DL건설은 이번 사업에서 51%의 지분을 보유한 대표사로 참여했으며, 중흥토건, KR산업, 풍창건설과 함께 컨소시엄을 구성했다. 설계는 건원건축과 행림건축 등이 담당한다.
이번 광명시흥 S2-4, S2-6BL의 총사업비는 5329억원 규모이며, 총 1939세대가 공급된다.
공급 유형은 ▲S2-4BL(708세대, 뉴:홈 선택형) ▲S2-6BL(1,231세대, 뉴:홈 일반형)이다. S2-4, S2-6BL 모두 2031년 12월 착공, 2034년 10월 준공 예정이다.
S2-4BL은 지하 2층에서 최고 29층, 6개 동, 총 708세대 규모로 조성된다. 전용면적 59~84㎡의 중소형 주택형으로, 뉴:홈 선택형(6년 거주 뒤 분양)으로 공급된다.
S2-6BL은 지하 2층에서 최고 25층, 11개 동, 총 1231세대로 건설된다. 전용면적 59~84㎡, 뉴:홈 일반형(기존 공공분양주택)으로 공급된다.
