(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 21일, 최근 구청에서 십정2지구와 일신3지구 지적재조사 사업에 대한 경계결정위원회를 진행했다고 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, 위원회에는 위원장인 인천지방법원 판사를 비롯해 경계결정위원회 위원 8명이 참석했다.
이들은 ‘지적재조사에 관한 특별법’의 경계설정 기준에 따라 십정동 181-40 일원 76필지(1만6243.3㎡)와 일신동 126-2일원 76필지(1만82㎡)에 대해 심의하고 경계를 결정했다.
이후 구는 토지소유자에게 경계결정통지서를 발송했다. 위원회에서 결정한 경계에 이의가 있는 토지소유자는 통지서를 받은 날로부터 60일 이내에 이의신청을 할 수 있다.
부평구는 기한 내 이의신청이 없으면 경계를 확정하고, 면적증감이 있는 토지에 대해서는 조정금을 산정해 부과·지급하게 되며, 아울러 새로운 지적공부를 작성하고 등기정리를 하게 된다.
부평구 관계자는 “지적재조사 사업을 통해 종이지적도의 문제점을 해결하고 실제현황과 일치하지 않는 지적공부의 등록사항을 바로잡게 될 것”이라며 “토지의 활용가치를 높이고 주민의 재산권 보호에 기여할 수 있기에 현재 진행 중인 청천7지구, 청천8지구에 대해서도 토지소유자의 깊은 관심과 협조를 바란다”고 말했다.
또한, 부평구가 21일, 홀몸 어르신 및 고독사 위험군 150가구를 대상으로 우유배달 안부확인 서비스를 시작한다고 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, 구는 이번 사업 추진을 위해 (사)어르신의 안부를 묻는 우유배달(이사장 호용한)과 업무 협약을 맺었다.
우유 공급은 협약 기관의 전액 후원(연 5천400만원)으로 이뤄지며 배달된 우유가 그대로 있거나, 대상자와 연락이 되지 않을 시 담당 공무원이 위급상황 여부를 확인하게 된다.
부평구는 이번 사업을 통해 홀몸 어르신의 건강 증진은 물론, 안부를 확인해 고독사를 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.
차준택 구청장은 “홀몸 어르신들을 위해 아낌없이 후원해주신 호용한 이사장님께 감사드린다”며 “이번 사업은 단순 물품 전달을 넘어, 우리 지역의 돌봄 안전망을 더욱 촘촘히 다지는 뜻깊은 발걸음이 될 것이며, 앞으로도 서로 돌보는 복지 공동체를 만들기 위해 노력하겠다”고 전했다.
한편, 사단법인 ‘어르신의 안부를 묻는 우유배달’은 비영리 공익법인으로 지난 2003년 우유안부 캠페인을 시작으로 현재 서울 전 지역 및 전국 6천여 명 어르신에게 우유 후원과 안부 살핌서비스를 지원하고 있다.
