경기도가 지난 7월 23일 경기스타트업캠퍼스 2층 다목적홀에서 ‘생성형 AI·공공데이터 활용 창업경진대회’를 개최했다. 공공데이터와 생성형 AI를 통한 혁신적인 창업 아이디어 발굴을 위해 개최된 이번 대회에서 아이디어 기획 부문에서 아이엔팀이 ‘생성형AI 기반 임차인 보호 서비스’로, 제품 및 서비스 개발 부문에서 섬루션팀이 ‘친환경 부표를 활용한 AI기반 해양 쓰레기 수거서비스’로 각각 경기도지사상인 최우수상을 수상하는 등 9개팀이 수상했다.
수상팀에게는 최대 600만 원, 총 2,650만 원 규모의 상금과 함께 경기도지사상, 경기도경제과학진흥원장상, 한국장학재단 이사장상이 수여됐다.
대회는 경기도, 경기도경제과학진흥원, 한국장학재단이 공동 주최로 아이디어 기획, 제품 및 서비스 개발, 대학생 생성형 AI 아이디어 기획 등 3개 부문으로 진행됐다.
지난해 85개 팀보다 두 배 이상 증가한 200개 팀이 치열한 경쟁을 벌인 가운데, 전문가 평가(80%)와 도민 참여단 청중 평가(20%)를 통해 최종 9개 팀이 선정됐다.
최우수상을 수상한 ‘아이엔팀’의 ‘생성형 AI 기반 임차인 보호 서비스’는 전세사기 등 임대차 시장의 위험을 실시간 분석해 맞춤형 보호 콘텐츠를 제공하는 서비스로, 도입 시 임차인의 재산권 보호와 주거 안정성이 크게 향상될 것으로 보인다.
제품 및 서비스 개발 부문 최우수작인 ‘섬루션팀’의 ‘친환경 부표를 활용한 AI 기반 해양쓰레기 수거 서비스’는 GPS 기반 친환경 부표와 AI를 결합해 해양쓰레기 밀집 지역을 자동 탐지·수거하는 순환형 서비스로, 해양오염 저감과 자원 순환 촉진이 기대된다.
올해 새롭게 신설된 대학생 생성형 AI 아이디어 기획 부문에서는 ‘SNS 트렌드 기반 마케팅 최적화 플랫폼’을 발표한 몬드 주식회사 팀이 특별상을 수상했다.
이 밖에도 아이디어 기획 온플팀, 네스팅팀, 벽촌팀과 제품 및 서비스 개발 ㈜블루프로그팀, LK Lab팀, 캡픽팀이 경제·복지·교통 등 다양한 분야에서 혁신 아이디어를 발표해 우수상 및 장려상을 받았다.
우수 팀은 행정안전부 주관 ‘범정부 공공데이터 창업경진대회’ 본선 진출권도 부여받아 사업화 및 전국 단위 성장 가능성을 한층 높였다.

On July 23, Gyeonggi Province held the ‘Generative AI and Public Data Startup Competition’ at the multipurpose hall on the 2nd floor of the Gyeonggi Startup Campus. In this competition, which was held to discover innovative startup ideas using public data and generative AI, 9 teams won the Gyeonggi Province Governor’s Award, including the IN Team for the ‘Generative AI-based Tenant Protection Service’ in the idea planning category and the Sumrution Team for the ‘AI-based Marine Waste Collection Service Using Eco-friendly Buoys’ in the product and service development category.
The winning teams were awarded prize money of up to 6 million won, a total of 26.5 million won, along with the Gyeonggi Province Governor’s Award, the Gyeonggi Province Economic and Science Promotion Agency President’s Award, and the Korea Scholarship Foundation Chairman’s Award. The competition was co-hosted by Gyeonggi Province, Gyeonggi Province Economic Science Promotion Agency, and Korea Scholarship Foundation, and was divided into three categories: idea planning, product and service development, and university student-generated AI idea planning.
Amid fierce competition among 200 teams, which is more than double the 85 teams from last year, nine teams were finally selected through expert evaluation (80%) and audience evaluation (20%) by the citizen participation group.
The grand prize winner, ‘InTeam’s’ ‘Generative AI-based Tenant Protection Service’, is a service that analyzes risks in the rental market such as jeonse fraud in real time and provides customized protection content.
