한국토지주택공사(LH), 토지·주택 관련 유물 공개 매입

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 한국토지주택공사(LH)는 4일 토지·주택 관련 유물 공개 매입을 시행한다고 밝혔다.

이번 유물 구입은 대한민국 주택과 도시 발전에 관련된 문화유산을 보존하고 계승하기 위한 것으로, 구입 대상은 국내외 토지, 주거, 도시의 변천을 볼 수 있는 자료이다. 

세부적으로 △읍지, 지도, 근현대 도시, 주택 관련 도면, 모형 △LH의 기관, 시대, 사업별 자료 △타일, 콘크리트, 문, 난방 등 건축재료 △1기 신도시(분당, 일산, 산본, 평촌, 중동) 관련 자료 등이다. 

접수 기간은 오는 25일부터 29일까지이며, LH 또는 토지주택박물관 홈페이지에 게시된 공고문을 확인 후 메일과 우편을 통해 매도신청서 등을 제출하면 된다. 

구입 대상 유물을 10월 중 토지주택박물관 홈페이지, 한국고미술협회 홈페이지 등에 공개하며, 출처가 불분명한 유물, 불법 취득 유물 등은 구입 대상에서 제외된다. 최종 유물 구입 여부는 심의와 감정평가 등을 거쳐 결정된다.

Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 4th that it will conduct a public purchase of land and housing-related artifacts.
