[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시는 2025년 3분기 신혼부부 주택융자 및 대출이자 지원사업의 지원 대상자 300세대를 추가 모집한다고 4일 밝혔다.
이번 모집은 기존 1~3분기 모집 목표 대비 미달된 세대 수를 보완하기 위한 것이다. 신청 기간은 8월 4일 오전 9시부터 8월 13일 오후 4시까지이며, 부산은행 모바일 뱅킹 앱을 통해 접수가 가능하다.
지원 대상은 신청 시작일(2025년 8월 4일) 기준 부산시에 주민등록이 되어 있는 무주택 신혼부부 또는 예비 신혼부부로, 혼인신고일 기준 7년 이내이거나 혼인 예정일이 3개월 이내인 경우 해당된다.
소득 기준은 부부 합산 연소득 1억 3천만 원 이하이며, 대상 주택은 임차보증금 4억 원 이하의 주택(아파트 포함) 또는 주거용 오피스텔이다.
시는 올해 총 1,500세대를 선정·지원할 계획이며, 이번 3분기 추가 모집에 신청 세대 수가 300세대를 초과할 경우 무작위 추첨을 통해 대상자를 선정한다.
선정 결과는 8월 18일 부산시 누리집 아동보육포털을 통해 발표될 예정이다. 대상자로 선정된 세대는 오는 9월 1일부터 9월 30일까지 대출 실행이 가능하다. 사업과 관련한 자세한 사항은 부산시 고시공고 누리집(www.busan.go.kr/nbgosi)에서 확인할 수 있다.
