[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시가 폐업을 앞둔 지역 소상공인의 부담을 줄이고 재기를 지원하기 위해 새출발기금㈜과 함께 '2025년 소상공인 사업정리도우미 지원사업'을 확대 시행한다.
올해는 지난해보다 30곳 늘어난 130개 사를 대상으로 무료 폐업 상담과 최대 400만 원의 점포 철거 및 원상복구 비용을 지원한다.
시는 새출발기금㈜이 제공하는 1억 원 규모의 재정 지원을 바탕으로 '2025년 소상공인 사업정리도우미 지원사업'을 올해 100개 사에서 130개 사로 확대 추진한다고 18일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 지난해 4월 부산시와 새출발기금㈜이 체결한 '부산시 소상공인 지원 강화' 업무협약(2024.4.17.)의 후속 조치로, 지역 내 지속적인 경기침체와 인구 유출 등으로 인해 늘어나는 소상공인의 폐업 상황에 대응하기 위해 마련됐다.
새출발기금㈜은 코로나19 등으로 대출 상환에 어려움을 겪는 소상공인과 자영업자의 정상적인 사업 운영과 재기를 돕기 위해 2022년 10월 출범한 국내 최초의 소상공인·자영업자 전용 채무조정 프로그램으로, 한국자산관리공사가 운영하고 있다.
지원사업은 ▲무료 사업 정리 상담 ▲점포 철거 및 원상복구 비용 지원 등 폐업 전반에 걸친 종합 서비스를 제공한다. 특히 세무·법률 등 전문 상담을 통해 폐업 전후의 부담을 줄이고, 점포 철거 및 원상복구 비용은 평당 20만 원, 최대 400만 원까지 지원한다.
부산시와 새출발기금㈜은 지난해에도 「소상공인 행복복지 지원사업」을 통해 지역 소상공인에게 1인당 25만 원 상당의 종합 건강 검진비를 지원한 바 있으며, 올해는 정리도우미 사업 확대를 통해 보다 많은 소상공인의 재기를 도울 계획이다.
지원 대상은 새출발기금㈜과 약정을 체결한 부산지역 소상공인 중 연체자를 제외한 폐업(예정) 사업자이며, 신청은 8월 18일부터 예산 소진 시까지 부산시 소상공인종합지원센터 누리집(https://bsbsc.kr/)에서 가능하다.
신청 시 필요한 서류는 ▲사업신청서 ▲사업자등록증 ▲폐업사실증명원 ▲부가가치세 과세표준증명원 등이며, 자세한 사항은 부산시 소상공인종합지원센터(부산경제진흥원) 전화 상담실(☎1833-3665) 또는 누리집(bsbsc.kr) 내 사업 공고란을 통해 확인할 수 있다.

Saechulbal Fund Co., Ltd. was launched in October 2022 as the first debt adjustment program in Korea exclusively for small business owners and self-employed individuals. It supports the normalization of business operations and recovery for those struggling with loan repayments due to COVID-19 and other challenges. The program is operated by the Korea Asset Management Corporation.
The support program offers comprehensive services related to business closure, including ▲free business closure consultation and ▲financial support for store demolition and restoration. In particular, it reduces the burden before and after closure through expert consultations in areas such as tax and legal affairs. Store demolition and restoration costs are subsidized at 200,000 KRW per pyeong (approx. 3.3㎡), up to a maximum of 4 million KRW.
Last year, Busan City and Saechulbal Fund Co., Ltd. also supported local small business owners through the “Small Business Welfare Support Program,” providing comprehensive health check-up subsidies worth 250,000 KRW per person. This year, they plan to help even more small business owners recover quickly by expanding the Closure Support Program.
Eligible applicants are small business owners in Busan who have signed an agreement with Saechulbal Fund Co., Ltd. and are planning to close (excluding those who are delinquent). Applications can be submitted from August 18 until the budget is exhausted via the Busan Small Business Support Center website (https://bsbsc.kr/).
