안양도시공사(사장 김경수)가 행정안전부 주관 ‘2025년도 지방공기업 경영평가’에서 3년 연속 우수기관으로 선정됐다.
안양도시공사는 △한국지방공기업정책포럼 주관 ‘2024 지방공공기관 혁신대상’ 장려상, △경기도 주관 ‘2024 적극행정 경진대회’ 우수상, △성과 중심 인사혁신과 내부 고객만족도 제고, △자금운용계획 기반 경영수익 증대 및 재무 건전성 확보, △수영강사 자체육성 무료교육 등 지역 상생 프로그램을 통해 우수한 성과를 인정받았다.
이번 평가는 전국 281개 지방공기업을 대상으로 외부 전문가 평가단이 경영관리, 경영성과 등 18개 세부 지표를 종합 심사해 이뤄졌다.
특히 올해 평가는 지방공공기관 혁신, 부채관리 등 재무 건전성 강화, 디지털 기반 경영, 사회적 가치 실현 등 분야를 중점적으로 평가했다.
김경수 사장은 “3년 연속 우수기관 달성은 모든 직원이 화합하며 이뤄낸 성과”라며, “공감과 소통의 경영방침으로 서로 존중하고 함께 성장하는 1등 공기업을 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.
