[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도민 누구나 어디서나 돌봄을 받을 수 있도록 추진 중인 ‘찾아가는 경남 통합돌봄버스’ 하반기 일정을 9월부터 본격적으로 시작한다.
상반기 통합돌봄버스는 거창, 함안, 남해, 함양, 통영 등 5개 시군에서 통합돌봄버스를 운영했다.
각 시군의 특성과 주민 수요에 맞춰 맞춤형 돌봄서비스를 제공했으며, 주민 500여 명이 참여해 90% 이상이 만족했다고 응답하는 등 큰 호응을 얻었다.
특히, 한방진료와 구강검진 등 보건의료 서비스가 많은 호응을 얻었다.
한 주민은 “병원을 가지 않고도 마을 경로당에서 침을 맞을 수 있어 좋았다”며, "돌봄버스가 교통과 의료 접근성이 부족한 지역에서 의료서비스를 누리는 기회가 됐다"고 전했다.
돌봄버스는 단순한 서비스 제공을 넘어 복지·의료·주거 지원이 어우러지며 마을 공동체에 활기와 따뜻한 분위기를 불어넣는 계기가 됐다는 주민들의 평가도 나왔다.
하반기에는 거제 가조도를 시작으로 사천, 고성, 창원, 창녕 등 13개 시군에서 운영된다.
통합돌봄버스는 시군별 연 1회 이상 운영되며, 지역별 특성과 수요를 반영해 클린버스, 빨래방버스, 병원선, 닥터버스, 무료진료버스, 마음안심버스, 똑띠버스, 미디어나눔버스, 찾아가는 산부인과 등 다양한 서비스를 조합해 제공한다.
이를 통해 주민들은 필요한 복지·의료·생활 지원을 먼 길을 가지 않고도 가까운 마을에서 직접 체감할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
또한, 올해 하반기에는 에듀버스를 추가하여, 노약자와 디지털 취약계층을 대상으로 키오스크 사용법, 스마트 기기 활용 교육 등을 지원한다.
돌봄 서비스는 물론 일상생활 편의까지 아우르는 생활형 복지서비스로 확장해 나간다는 구상이다.
