브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT는 오는 5일 광화문 광장에서 도심형 문화 행사 ‘K 페스타’를 개막한다고 3일 밝혔다. K 페스타는 KT의 전신인 한성전보총국 개국 140주년을 기념해 시민과 함께 즐기는 문화 축제다.
K 페스타의 주요 행사는 9월 5일, 6일과 22일에 진행된다. 같은 날 KT는 광화문 놀이마당을 ‘KT 웨스트 파크’로 단장해 누구나 편히 머물며 즐길 수 있는 공간으로 조성한다.
해당 기간동안 KT 웨스트 파크에는 신인 그룹 ‘코르티스 (CORTIS)’의 신곡 ‘GO!’와, ‘What You Want’ 안무를 증강현실로 직접 배우고 따라할 수 있는 ‘코르티스 AR 댄스 챌린지’ 체험 부스가 운영된다. KT의 최신 AI 기술을 만날 수 있는 다양한 체험존과 참여형 이벤트도 마련된다.
5일에는 KT 광화문빌딩 웨스트 사옥의 초대형 미디어월 ‘KT 스퀘어’ 점등식이 개최된다. KT 스퀘어는 최근 리모델링을 마친 KT 광화문빌딩 웨스트 외벽에 설치된 프리미엄 디지털 옥외광고 채널이다. 이번 점등을 통해 서울 도심의 새로운 미디어 랜드마크로 첫 공개된다.

22일 역시 AI 시네마, 인터랙티브 패션쇼 등 다채로운 볼거리가 마련된다.
