경찰청과 대한사격연맹이 공동 주최하는 이번 대회에는 전국 396개 팀, 2,823명의 선수들이 참가해 10m 공기소총을 포함한 총 19개 종목에서 기량을 겨룬다. 중등부에서부터 고등부, 대학부, 일반부, 그리고 장애인부에 이르기까지, 다양한 부분의 선수들이 한데 모여 대한민국 사격의 미래를 보여줄 예정이다.
